Cancellation Policy
Life happens! If you do need to cancel an appointment, please honor the following policies:
24 hour notice
When cancelling an appointment, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance, earlier if possible.
No-shows
If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment without notice, you will be charged for the service.
Late Arrivals
Arriving to your appointment more than 15 minutes late is equivalent to a no-show, and you will be responsible for paying for the full service to componsate for the therapist's time.
